YesProperty is run by XFactorAi LLC, registered in the United States, with its registered office at Ste 210, Office 4812, 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Orlando, Florida 32819 ("YesProperty", "we", "us"). This page explains what we do with the details you give us on yesproperty.ai, in plain words.

What we collect

• When you request access: your name, work email, company, role and anything you write in the message box. We also note the country your request came from and the time.
• When you open a film or walk-through we sent you: that it was opened and played, so the person who sent it knows. We do not record who you are from this.
• When you sign in to the studio: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in.
• Google Analytics, only if you agree: when you choose Accept on the cookie bar, Google Analytics sets cookies that tell us which pages are visited, roughly from where and on what device, and whether the request form was sent. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals. We use no advertising cookies. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the bar will ask again.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, set up your access and talk to you about YesProperty. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who helps us

A few services handle data for us, only to run this site: Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse, Resend delivers our emails, Google Analytics measures visits (only with your consent), and Google Fonts serves the typefaces. They may process data outside the UAE.

How long we keep it

We keep an access request for up to 24 months after we last spoke, or less if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop hearing from us. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and the GDPR where it applies to you. To ask, email contact@xfactorai.com or reply to any email we have sent you.

Films and walk-throughs

Films and walk-throughs are made for our clients. Any personal details in them, such as an agent's name and contact details, are there because that client asked us to include them.
